Here’s a roadmap for transforming anything in your life. Would you like to do better in your business or create a happier relationship or family life? Would you like to turn anxiety into peace or anger into forgiveness? You have the power to do this, and as you read on you’ll find a special way to transform something in your life that is challenging you.

Follow the Stages in a Flow

You can take three main steps when you want to create transformation in any area of your life. They are: Experience, Release, and Transform. In Step One, you experience and pay attention to whatever is concerning you. In Step Two, you release your concern. In Step Three, you transform it into a higher state of mind.

Step One: Experience

Experiencing what’s going on within you is about paying attention, paying attention to places in which you’re hiding your power under old limitations. You look at how it feels inside your emotions and your body, and you become more familiar with how your concerns are presenting themselves within you. By first paying attention to the details of whatever is bothering you, you begin the process of transforming those limitations into freedom and joy.

Step Two: Release

Release is a natural process. Clouds release raindrops when it’s time to let the rain come. Boils on the skin release foreign matter when it’s time to heal. Mothers (hopefully) release their children when it’s time for them to grow up. And so do we release old issues when it’s time for us to let go. Sometimes we do it vocally; sometimes we do it energetically. Sometimes the release is visual. Breathing is a powerful way to release.

Step Three: Transform

The third step, transformation, comes when you’re ready to shift your consciousness to a new level, when you are ready to see with different eyes. The enlightened ones remind us that we’re asleep and dreaming this reality. It seems so real, yet your higher wisdom can lead you to great expanded realities and new areas of understanding. Sometimes the transformation will take you to places filled with light. Or you may experience a profound wisdom coming forth that is way beyond your usual ability to be wise. You may find that deep understanding is flowing from your soul. Always, you will be uplifted into the experience of love.

The Transformational Process

This transformational process is a natural one. We may have the perception that everything is constantly transforming in the universe. After the rain, the dust of the city is cleaned away. The air is fresh, and you may perceive a kind of purity in the atmosphere. You create this transformation in a microcosmic personal way. You go through the steps of Experience – Release – Transform, and you bring yourself back to your natural state of healing, wisdom, and love.

I had panic attacks on a regular basis for six years! I wish I had known then how easy it is to cure panic attacks once you know how.

A little background is needed here.

Panic and anxiety are very much the same. Not exactly, however, and they definitely vary in intensity.

Anxiety is a condition of apprehension caused by being afraid of a threat, imagined or real.

It is one of our most common emotions. It seems that everybody goes through it at different levels, over different things, and at different times in their life.

That’s anxiety. It’s fear. That’s pretty straightforward.

This whole thing is wrapped up in fear. It’s about fear and it’s caused by fear.

And fear is the “key” to this problem. To cure panic attacks it is necessary to get rid of the fear of the attacks returning.

It’s easy to learn not to fear panic attacks. I’ll bet you are glad to hear that.

Toward the end of my six year sojourn through the dark valley of anxiety and panic attacks I came up with a method that enabled me to shed my fear of the attacks.

I’ll never forget that day. What I did amounted to a subtle “shift” in my thinking in regards to panic attacks.

It kind of went this way (it’s been 30 years). I realized that I had been suffering through these attacks now for six years! Six long years.

I also recognized the fact that, although I had gone through hundreds of these attacks, I hadn’t been harmed, at least not physically, that I could see.

When I combined that fact with the regret that so much time and energy had been wasted, the net result, for me, intellectually, and in my gut, was that my fear of the attacks was replaced with anger.

Right then and there, in the absence of fear of these attacks I could feel their pull on me release and I knew they would never be back. That was thirty years ago and they have not returned.

I’m NOT recommending that you have to do it this way. The way I did it was created for me, by myself, through my experiences, over a six year period, and, I feel like I got lucky.

Still, I learned one thing I will never forget, and that one thing is the solution.

Once again, if you want to know how to cure panic attacks, the solution is to get rid of the fear of those attacks.

All you have to do is know how to do and then just do it.

Fortunately there are programs available that will show you exactly how to do it for yourself.

You can have your life back.

Despite that high blood pressure, also known as hypertension, is a common problem, very little is known about its causes. In 95% of the cases, the cause is unknown. But a lot of studies have shown that long term stress can cause or at least contribute to hypertension. Other prime suspects are unhealthy diets and lack of exercise. In many cases, hypertension is probably caused by a combination of factors.
Emotions such as anger and fear trigger the body’s fight or flight response. The adrenal glands flood the body with stress hormones. The brain shunts blood away from the gut and towards the muscles, in preparation for physical exertion. Heart rate, blood pressure and respiration increase. The fight or flight response has been very important for the survival of mankind, a caveman had to quickly make up his mind either to stay and fight or try to escape a threat. Today, very few real life threatening dangers exist but the old fight or flight response still gets triggered in a lot of situations.

The fight or flight response by itself is not a major health concern. The real problem is that today it is much more difficult to release the emotions. You can not hit or run away from a telephone call or traffic jam. You never get the chance to complete the fight or flight cycle. The emotions stay inside you rather than getting released when fighting or escaping. If you do not release these built-up emotions your health will suffer. Hypertension is just one of the health issues caused by this.

By learning how to respond to stressful situations, you can reduce stress and for a lot of people this means lower blood pressure. The best way of dealing with pent-up emotions varies from person to person. But the two extreme solutions, suppressing them completely or letting the emotions control you must be avoided. If you let a powerful emotion like anger out without control, your blood pressure will increase dramatically. And you may do things you will regret later. The other extreme, trying to suppress your emotions is no long term solution and it is most likely one of the main causes of stress. If you never release your pent-up emotions, your blood pressure is likely to keep on increasing.

In most cases, some kind of physical activity is a good way of letting off steam. But it is also important to be able to manage stressful situations, being able to respond rather than reacting is the key. The first step in this process is to understand that life is not easy, bad things happen to everyone. Try to see it as a challenge rather than a threat. Also avoid jumping to conclusions, especially if they are based on anger of fear. Relaxation and stress reducing exercises are important ways of controlling stress. And remember, when you think you are too busy to relax, that’s exactly when you really need to relax.
